1. Log in and open Engine Room
2. Swipe to My Course - fill in details and add students
3. Swipe to Week Plan - set each day, assign roles
4. Swipe to Debrief Setup - choose your questions
Instructor - Each Day
1. After sailing - tap Log Session, rate each student
2. Student debriefs unlock immediately
3. Check My Students - review what students submitted
4. Write focus notes for tomorrow
5. Tap End Day to advance to the next day
Skipper - Each Morning
1. Open Skipper Corner - see your day or plan ahead
2. Fill in the brief - weather, tides, crew duties
3. Publish to crew the evening before or morning of
4. Crew see it and tap thumbs up per section
Crew - Each Day
1. Check your role and today's plan on Home
2. Open Skipper Corner - read the brief
3. Go sailing and do your duties
4. After the group debrief - fill in My Debrief
5. Check your dashboard next morning for your focus note
